The Purple Freeform Pillow features Honeycomb GelFlex Grid — a unique version of our patented comfort layer that is designed specifically for pillows. The temperature balancing Honeycomb GelFlex Grid provides a cool, breathable surface for your face, while its hexagonal columns offer pressure relief that’s gentle on facial features.

Outer Cover: Remove liner filled with MicroFlex Moon Foam and turn cover inside out, with GelFlex Grid facing out. Machine wash separately in cold water on gentle cycle. Lay flat to dry. 
Liner filled with MicroFlex Moon Foam: Spot clean only. 
Foam/Fiber Fill: Do not wash. 
Throw Pillow Case: Cover must be emptied of fill. Machine wash separately in cold water on gentle cycle. Tumble dry on low. Iron on reverse side with medium temperature.   

To personalize the height, firmness and feel of your Freeform Pillow, adjust the amount of MicroFlex Moon Foam at the inner core of the pillow. Once you’ve perfected the comfort level, add foam into one, both or neither of the optional neck chambers located at the long ends of the pillow for targeted support at the contour of your next. Store extra fill in the included Throw Pillow Case. 

Both pillows feature a 360-wrap of Honeycomb GelFlex Grid that creates a temperature-balanced surface and fine-tuned comfort for head, neck and delicate facial features— the key difference is their feel.

The Freeform Pillow features a moldable core made of MicroFlex® Moon Foam pieces that can be added, removed, and shaped to your exact preferences. This infinitely adjustable design allows you to fine-tune the fill level to achieve your ideal height and firmness. Optional neck chambers can be filled to provide additional, targeted neck support.

The Purple Harmony Pillow features a hypoallergenic, ventilated Talalay Latex core that provides a weightless, buoyant feel that never falls flat. The luxurious, responsive support of this pillow delivers cradling, airy comfort that stays blissfully cool all night. While not adjustable like the Freeform Pillow, it comes in low (5.5”), medium (6.5”), and tall heights (7.5”).

All foams naturally develop a color change over time due to oxidation, a completely natural process. This doesn't affect the foam's quality or performance. Oxidation is influenced by factors like UV light, high temperatures, pollution, and moisture. To minimize the foam's discoloration, keep it away from direct sunlight, avoid machine washing, and prevent contact with oils, sweat, or liquids.

The Purple Freeform Pillow comes with a one-year warranty. However, thanks to the durability of the GelFlex Grid and premium MicroFlex Moon Foam, with proper care, this pillow should last several years.

Yes! Extra fill is available for purchase here. 

It’s normal for your new foam pillow to have a scent right out of the box, as it hasn’t had a chance to air out before being sealed and packaged. This is a normal “new foam smell” but rest assured, our foam is CertiPur certified and safe, yet if the smell bothers you, you can speed up the process of airing this smell out by removing the foam core from the fabric liner (with grid on it) via a side zipper.   

Once you remove the foam from the liner, let it air outside of the liner for 24 to 48 hours in front of a fan in a well-ventilated room.  

Once you are satisfied that the air-out process is complete, insert the foam core back into the liner, place the cover back over the liner and enjoy your fresh new pillow.
